I had a wheel failure at the start of the year with my old WTB gravel rims. I commute during the week on my gravel bike, and usually go for gravel related adventures on the weekends. At the time I thought that I was done for, with all the COVID stock shortages affecting the accessibility of spare parts. Some quick googling bought up Craftworx and I'm glad it did. Mark and Nathan were so helpful with my questions over the phone, and even chased up postage related enquireries with Auspost when Auspost hadn't scanned the wheels in properly. They saved me having to bother with express post as they were able to build the wheels and get them posted within a day or two. Admittedly I bought these wheels in a pinch - but now that I own them (and have put near 2000km on them), I am definitely glad that my old WTB rims died and now I have these. I would recommend these to anyone who is after a set of performance, lightweight gravel wheels that are in the words of my local mechanic 'bombproof'. I was also very impressed that the AI offset dishing for my Cannondale SuperX was absolutely spot on when they arrived. Cheers to Mark and Nathan for a top notch wheelset!

Upgraded from the stock wheels on my Cannondale SuperX. The Craftworx team sorted me out, understood the AI offset for Cannondale and in no time flat my new wheels turned up. Put them in, did a 550K gravel touring epic loaded up with gear, and they were perfect! Since then, I have ridden them without my bike loaded up and it feels like I have gained an extra gear everywhere. They roll a treat (set up tubeless), and the red anodised hubs and nipples look cool. Highly recommended!

Thanks Craftworx for the excellent service and quick delivery of my new Backroads 25 wheels. I recently built a gravel bike and these wheels were the perfect choice. They are light, look great and trust they will easily handle the rough stuff.

Bought the Backroads 25 to replace the ordinary standard wheels on my Trek Checkpoint ALR5. The difference is chalk and cheese. Mounting up tubeless Bontrager 700x40c tyres was a breeze. Noticeable difference in performance, so money well spent.
