SHIPPING METHOD
We use Australia Post.
We can only deliver to physical addresses (Not PO Box's), so please provide us with an address for home or work and we will arrange for delivery.Your wheels will need to be signed for, so it might be best to have them delivered to an address where someone will be around during the day, like a work place.
Also note any special requirements for delivery, and we will do our best to provide the courier with information that will ensure prompt delivery.
DELIVERY TIME
All Wheels are Hand Built and shipped from Craftworx workshop based in Strathpine, Brisbane, Queensland. All wheels are built to order, this typically takes 4-5 workings days from when you place your order. When your wheels are ready to be shipped I will message you and send you pics of your freshly built wheels.
Please use the following as a guide on shipping times. You will receive tracking information when your wheels are shipped so you can follow their progress.
- Queensland: 2 - 3 Days
(Metro Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast): 3 - 6 Days for Regional Areas - New South Wales: 4 - 6 Days
- Victoria: 5 - 7 Days
- South Australia: 6 - 8 Days
- Tasmania: 7 - 9 Days
- Northern Territory: 9 - 12 Days
- Western Australia: 12 - 14 Days
LOCAL PICKUP
If you live near Brisbane, you can pick your order up from our workshop. Call us so we can make sure your wheels are built and ready for collection.
