Recently bought a 2nd hand bike with a badly damaged wheel. There was no doubt that the new wheels wouldnt be a set of Craftworx, had already made my selection without even having the bike itself. The engagement is perfect and with the added Gnarly inners, I have the confidence to go at a lower pressure. Even with the inners, I saved around 150grams from the previous setup without inners!

Firstly I’d like to mention the customer service from Craftworx is really second to none, every question I asked over multiple phone calls was answered and nothing was too much trouble and this alone influenced my decision to buy these wheels greatly.... Setup was a breeze the centre lock adaptors are simple and easy to use. The wheels themselves are super nice looking the hubs make a nice sound (very important) mine came set up for tubeless and the tyres seated no worries. I have ridden with them a couple of times now and I can feel the difference both in stiffness and also I tyre profile so lots of grip. I am really looking forward to getting out some some other trails to give them a good run. Overall I am a very happy customer with a very slick set of wheels and I am thinking about getting a set for my roadie too.
